Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

We ship via USPS. Shipping times normally take 3-7 business days for domestic orders and could take weeks to months for international orders. 

Preorders: 

Shipping will begin once production is complete. You will receive a tracking number once we receive the shipment. 

EU/UK Customers:

All EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country's customs offices. MobKento will not be collecting or remitting VAT, meaning it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. Package delays may occur depending on your location as well. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before purchasing. MobKento is not responsible for import taxes, and these will not be part of the item price or shipping cost. Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.

Customs, Taxes, and Fees:

International buyers are responsible for their country's customs/import taxes upon receiving their order. We are not responsible for customs charges and losses that occur when a customer refuses to pay the fees/duties.
